Warranties and Guarantees
Terms and Conditions

1. R.E. Batger products are warranted against defects, faulty workmanship or materials from the date of delivery or installation (providing R.E. Batger Pty. Ltd. is contracted to carry out such installation) for five (5) years. Availability of replacement parts is also five (5) years.

2. This warranty covers normal use and reasonable care only and excludes any defect or injury caused by, or resulting from, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, or any alteration which affects the reliability or performance of the purchased goods, not attributable to faulty manufacture, parts and labour.

3. This warranty does not apply to damage or wear and tear, which in the opinion of the Company is caused by incorrect use or abuse.

4. R.E. Batger products can be disassembled without specialised tools or expertise to facilitate the recovery of the various segments for the re-cycling processes.

5. The benefits conferred by this warranty are additional to all other conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights and remedies expressed or implied by the Trades Practices Act and/or similar consumer protection contained in legislation of the States and Territories. Nothing in these terms shall exclude, restrict or modify any term, condition, warranty or liability implied in this warranty, where to do so would be unlawful or would render any provision of this warranty void.

6. Where it is legal to do so and at R.E. Batger Pty. Ltd’s sole judgment, any liability implied by legislation and this warranty is limited to:-
i) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods,
ii) the repair of goods,
